At All Aboard Foundation, we are driven by a commitment to uplift the communities surrounding All Aboard Storage’s locations. Our foundation is a beacon of hope, founded on the principle of giving back to those who stood by us in times of need.
Our Origin, Our Purpose
The genesis of our foundation lies in the resilience of Andy Clark, who, after enduring a harrowing plane crash in 2009, found solace and healing through the dedicated care of the team at Halifax Health. This profound experience fuels our commitment to giving back and paying forward the support that played a pivotal role in our founder’s recovery.
We passionately support Halifax Health’s Arts in Medicine program, recognizing the transformative power of art in the healing process. Inspired by Andy Clark’s personal journey, we strive to enhance the well-being of individuals facing health challenges through the therapeutic and uplifting nature of artistic expression. All Aboard Foundation has pledged to donate $3 million to local nonprofits by 2030.
Since that pledge was made in 2020, All Aboard Foundation has successfully donated 1 million dollars to Halifax Health’s Arts in Medicine– a heartfelt gesture to the hospital that played a vital role in his recovery. With your donations, we can make a lasting impact on our community.
Halifax Health’s Art in Medicine Program
Cancer treatment is a challenging time, and Halifax Health’s- Cancer Center for Hope addresses this with the Arts in Medicine program. This program provides cancer patients and their caregivers with invaluable opportunities for creative expression, by sponsoring one-on-one visual art experiences through chair-side art kits, and collaborative art sessions. Additionally, the program helps incorporate the soothing power of music, offering patients, caregivers, and staff a respite from the stress of medical treatment.
